Colorado Natural Heritage Program

As “Colorado’s only comprehensive source of information on the status and location of the state’s rarest and most threatened species and natural plant communities,” the Colorado Natural Heritage Program – housed in Warner College of Natural Resources  – plays a critical role in ensuring that the state’s biodiversity is preserved. By working in partnership with government agencies, landowners and other organizations, CNHP shares vital data that helps protect Colorado’s unique natural resources.
